About
Briley Jozwiak is a movement educator and former professional dancer based in Portland, Oregon. A native of Vancouver, Washington, she began dancing at age four, training in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance. As a teenager, she discovered Pilates and quickly recognized its transformative potential as a cross-training tool to deepen body awareness, build strength, and enhance performance.

Briley danced professionally with Atlanta Ballet, Nevada Ballet Theatre, and Ballet Tucson. In 2015, her desire for growth and artistic exploration brought her back to Portland, where she became a founding member and Rehearsal Director of the contemporary dance company push/FOLD. She retired from her performance career in the spring of 2025.

Briley began teaching STOTT Pilates in 2016, integrating her extensive background in dance and athletic movement. She specializes in rehabilitative Pilates, supporting individuals recovering from injury or surgery, managing chronic pain, or navigating neurological or autoimmune conditions. Her work is grounded in restoring functional movement for everyday life, helping clients improve mobility, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies.

Known for her creative imagery and hands-on cueing, Briley encourages clients to tune in, move intentionally, and reconnect with their bodies. She is passionate about helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence—through a thoughtful Pilates practice that extends across equipment, environments, and into everyday life.
